Schedule not starting unless restart Robot service

Hello,

Scheduler is not starting the job unless the UiPath service is restarted in the robot.
Any idea what could be the reason?

What Orchestrator version do you have?
Does this happen everytime? Is the Robot Available in Orchestrator?
