Scancode keyboard input

Hello All,

Does somebody know how to send scancode keyboard input?
In addition, it would be great to have an option to display scancodes that was sent.
I need to send scancode representing ALT+B, delay, ALT+F, delay, and ESC.
It would be great to get simple example.
I am using Studio. Win10, Laptop Dell.

Thanks for response but it is not what I need.

I need a scan codes: (physical keys assigned to low level editor).
Hotkeys you suggested are keyboard symbols assigned to the high level.
