Saving Outlook Email *(With Inline Image) as PDF

Hi all, I tried multiple ways for Saving Outlook email as pdf but no Success.

  • Tried Save Mail Messge but its losing the inline Images

  • Used EML to MSG converter still same issue no images in the Message

Can any one suggest way to do this without using third part Activities ?

Here is the Details …We used following activities …

  1. UiPath.Mail.Outlook.Activities.GetOutlookMailMessages - To Get Mails
    2.UiPath.Mail.Activities.SaveMail - To save Mail as .MHT/.EML/ etc… this is causing the issue as its not able to save inline images to .eml or .mht file which need to be converted into PDF for final processing …
  2. UiPath.Mail.Activities.SaveMailAttachments`

We checked few third part activity and its working well with them but we cant use them in production …

As Usual, UiPath Support Reported Bug… With no timelines when it will be fixed …

Hi @prasadsatish

We have a similar bug reported and already fixed: “An email containing inline images is saved with these images as attachments”. It will be delivered with the the next patch for Studio 20.10.
