SaveMailAttachments fails for large files

Hi.

I have a process where I try to download the attachment (.xlsx file) from an email. The attachment is 19MB in size and the activity closes at ~30 seconds and only part of the file is saved (~3MB).

I’m using:
Community Studio 2023.12.0
UiPath.Mail.Activities 1.22.1
SaveMailAttachments activity

I’ve tried to increase the timeout from project settings, but it doesn’t seem to work.
The SaveMailAttachments doesn’t have a timeout property.

Any help is appreciated.

Use the Wait for download activity will use for your case, try that one.

Thanks but that is not the issue.

The download starts, the file is present in the location, but after 30sec the download stops, the flow moves to the next activity and I don’t get any errors just an incomplete file.
