Hello Comunity,
Whenever I save the email.msg file using the “Save Mails Activity”, I receive the error msg below.
However, if I save the email manually, I have no problem opening the file.
Any thoughts on how can I enable this access or do something to fix this error msg?
PS: I can save with other extensions as .eml but the embedeed body img are lost (see ticket below)

Yes. The issue with the is that I cannot even check if it works because the access is denied when saving with the .msg extension.

Also, if I send this file as an email attachment, the file is empty as per the image below.

If I forward the message direclty with the .msg extension I cannot open the attachment as per the image below.
However, If I forward the message with .eml extension, I can open but the embedded body images are lost.

Hello ,
In my process, I need to forward the embedded images from the email body to a specific email.
The issue is that every time I save the the MailMessage with the .eml extension I loose the embedded img.
I am able to accept any format in my process, Forward the original message, send the eml message file, or even the body image as an attachment, etc. As long it has the embedded body images.

Yes.
And, to save the Email, I am using the save mail message passing the extension I want as the file name.

I tried on different computers and it works.
However, only in the production machine the issue remains. It needs to be something on my enviroment.
Also, on all cases I used the version Mail Activities v1.12.3
I will try to update the office and test it again, at the moment, I amsuing the outlook 2016

Even after updating Outlook to 365, the issue remained in production.
