Save outlook attachments with output as MSG

I am trying to save outlook attachments
its throws error as :
Save outlook mail as: The operation failed.

mailmessage is output of get outlook email inside for each loop
output format is MSG
path is the variable name where is saved

is checked the value of mailmessage and path in the immediate window, the path value comes out as a filename

its simple just saving mails from outlook thats it
but with vb.net and exchange server
