I have a scenario where Bot will send an email with attachment & will wait for confirmation fax… But here the challenge is Bot has to wait for 7 minutes, if confirmation mail is received within 7 minutes then Bot has to save the email as Pdf… Here the confirmation fax may receive at any time…

Let the email be sent…and then use office 365 triggers in integration services and trigger the bot when a mail is received with required subject or person…
Once you receive the mail or when bot is triggered check the difference between the mail received time and the time it is sent…you can store the sent time in queue or in an excel or ao based on the subject line or attachment and can decide accordingly
