Save Draft Outlook Mail Message : Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))

Hi,
I’m using StudioX Community Edition and I have created a workflow to save a mail from Desktop Outlook App to the same mail as Draft. The workflow runs successfully when I run it first time but after that it shows error - “Operation aborted (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004004 (E_ABORT))”.

Check while running the process whether the outlook is opened!

But why is it mandatory to close the Outlook before running it ? Please explain.

since you re interacting with the outlook in foreground instances may be running background so that a root cause similar to using read range workbook activity with worksheets Open!
