We are creating SAP account for UiPath bot. What license should this SAP account has?
Can we use SAP direct user? We are automating SAP just based on SAP GUI scripting?

You can use a direct user account if the bot needs to operate with the same permissions as a human user. Service users are generally non-personalized accounts used for background processes and could not be more suitable for SAP GUI scripting.
About licensing, It’s a good idea to first consult with your SAP account manager or SAP support to understand which license is appropriate for your use case. Explain to them what the bot needs to do, which transactions it needs access to.
