SAP Table entry

I want to fill only 2 columns in a table, please let me know how to type in that specific cells and which activity I need to use for that.

I need to fill 1st row of Role column and i need to fill a date in Start date and i need to do the same for 2nd row as well.

Get selectors of the text boxes using ui explorer or type into activity and use set text or type into.
