SAP session terminated

Hello

Has any of you ever encountered “session terminated” error while a bot is running on SAP? it appears to me that its linked to session conflict but not sure

Hi @adext01,

If the same SAP user credentials are used to log in from another machine or session, it can lead to session conflicts depending on your SAP configuration, and the existing session may be terminated.

is it robot session error or SAP error you are getting?

could be 2 reasons :

  1. Someone/Some robot is using the same creds on a different server/VM and multi login is not enabled and they are terminating any existing connections inorder to login.
  2. Some SAP ERPs have triggers enabled which fire when you are running a heavy query and automatically shut down without running the query or saving the info.
