SAP Screen Scraping not working?

Quick question–

Having a tough time getting the screen scraping function to work on SAP GUI. For whatever reason, when I click the recorder>text>click and then click the block of text, the screen scraping wizard does not appear like it does in the youtube tutorial demonstrating this. Can anyone shed some light on this for me??

In Sap Datascraping cant extract data because it is not in the structured table format so please use get text activity in sap.

How can we use a get text activity if the size of the datatable is not the same for every requests ?
