For sap automation training to complete ,there are practice scenarios ,but no application resource is provided . is there any way to hands on the sap application to complete the training .

SAP is proprietary to clients/ERP. Unless you are working for some client who needs SAP automated I guess it might not be possible (I am also taking a guess here)
Meanwhile there are other areas where you can hone your skills, and believe me there are many.
