Same outlook is configured on two different vm machines

Hi Folks,

I have process where the input is outlook email, i have configured same email in two machines say M1 and M2, but when new mails comes only M1 is identifying input but M2 is always end up saying no mails found. Also when there are more than 1 email in my view when M1 is already processing for one mail, other machine as well when triggered go and check for another unread mails and process, but always M1 only running for all the emails it takes more time to complete process for all the mails. Can anyone explains what happening?

Hi @Madhups ,

It sounds like both M1 and M2 are independently checking for new emails and processing them.

You can design your automation process to distribute the workload more evenly between M1 and M2. For example, you could have M1 process emails received during certain hours and M2 handle emails received during other hours.

I want M1 and M2 independently check for mails, but the thing is if there are 5 new incoming mails, M1 will read only top 1 mail and 4 are remaining still new stage so my question here is why M2 is not taking other 4 or atleast 1 mail which is unread. the problem is only one machine is checking for mails and other machine is just not running process, also we will get only this input in the morning i want that time machines should equally work.

Hi,

Bots are triggered in both the VM’s at the same time ? Also as a part of analysis, I would suggest you to run bot only in M2 VM and check if bots are able to pick the mails.

M1 is triggered for every 10 mints and M2 is triggered for every 15 minutes. I tried running with M2 but it found no mails, but i ran the process with M1 it found the mails
