Salesforce Get Record Activity - Where is output?

I might have misunderstood this Activity, but how do I fetch the output from this?

This actvity is not documented that well…
Below you can see an example:

Id is the input to get the case and I added Description field, the output. Desc value will be assigned after running Get Record.
