Safest way to backup the bots

Hi Everyone,
I need an advice please, There will be migration to a new data center at my company soon so everything will be shutdown. I wanted to ask which is the safest way I can store my bots so that when everything is backup I can retrieve them?
Is it OneDrive

You can take backup on Onedrive as well, but make sure that you copied entire project folder with project dependencies, also if your project is in Github that is also safest way
