SaaS Orchestrator connection to Non-persistent VDI Unlicensed error

I am trying to get UiPath Bots loaded on a VDI image for non-persistent VDIs. I finally got the UiPath application to come up with the SaaS URL but the machine key isnt loading during the VDI Machine Start Up. Does the machine key need/only be loaded by the user or can it be set in the image to be pushed down to the VDI machines when they are created?

You can pass in a connection string when installing

Or after installation with the uirobot.exe
