Is there a way to pass arguments to a process which is in robot that is not controlled by the orchestrator?
You can leave the arguments in a .txt file or Excel file that you can modify before running the process and make the robot read it.

There is possibility. In academy training Level 1-3 there are some exercises where you are using excel data sheet to provide settings and arguments to the project You can check them out on Academy.
