Run Processes from department

Hey guys,

is there a way to set up a trigger by Mail? For explanation: Target is that a worker of a department should trigger an unattended process (e.g. by mail). All I could found until now is to include a “check mails” in the programm. But it only checks my mails when I already started the bot. But I’d like to get the bot started by the mail. Is there a way for that target?

What other options do we have in UiPath to start processes from individual departments (without having extra licenses in these departments)? If licenses are necessary for that, which ones (to go in the orchestrator and only run the allocated processes)?

Yes we have Integration Services which have the triggers.

thank you. But we don’t use the automation cloud. We are in an on-premise environment. Is there also an way to reach the target?

Sorry it’s not available for On Premise Orchestrator yet. You have Unattended license option with API to trigger specific bot on specific machine.
