Run a macro from UiPath to remove duplicates from an excel sheet anytime it writes to the sheet

Hi,

say i always have to create excel files for every employee and store some information in the file. How can i run a macro to delete any duplicate cell if the first cell title is called “class”, having words like first, second, middle, low, middle and low how can i delete the duplicates using macro and just leave the first ‘middle’ word?
