RPC Error when running macro in word files

Hi Team

Need your help in one of my scenario.

I have a standard word template template whcih contains macro.
My requirement is:

-Copy the data from text file to word doument and run the macro.
-I have created a workflow to copy all the files text data in to word files based on file name.
-After adding the data,i am running the macro in a loop.
-The issue is I am getting the error “The RPC Server is Unavilable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)” after running the macro in one file.
Please look in o my workflow once and let me know if you can help.
