Like it means we needing human input or can we build automation , either using a low-code solution to automate.

If you need the Human input, there are several ways.
Depending on the requirement you can use Input Dialogue Box, File Path Selector and best is the UiPath Forms. But it depends on the requirements
Can you elaborate what are you trying to achieve? What human input you need?
Also there is action center to bring human in loop but again, it depends on the requirements

If you need to interact with the bot and provide user inputs, you can either go for attended automation or choose unattended automation using action center.
And if you don’t need to receive inputs from users, you can still choose how would you like t run your automation i.e. in an attended way or unattended way?
So, it all really depends how you want to achieve it, what are the resources available to you, licenses and all that stuff.
