RPA Developer Foundation - Feedback Space

Hi, this platform is amazing. I only want to mention that UiPath need a Studio which works on MAC. Thanks.

Very interesting courses specially the string manipulations!

Amazing course ! the list and dictionaries were amazing!

It’s a very good course to start learning about strings in UiPath

Man the course around Branches and parallel execution was deep loved it.

It has been good so far ,I have learn a lot from this course

Hello,
What is the difference between workbook activities, Excel process scope and Excel application scope?

The Academy training (Excel Automation with the Modern Experience in Studio) defines two categories for working with Excel in UiPath: Workbook activities and App integration activities.

So does Excel Process Scope fall into the “App integration activities” and needs Excel installed? Something doesn’t seem right about this.

Thanks

Interesante y nutritivo curso RPA Developers, una herramienta poderosa en estos tiempos en que la automatizacion avanza demasiado rapido…

The content is very good but most of the videos I find very hard to see as it’s so zoomed out even with my large monitor. It seems like the resolution is locked to 720p and it’s just very hard to see what’s going on sometimes.

But the training and materials otherwise is fantastic!

For me is very good course.

I am currently taking the Associate Developer class and it is giving me eye strain. The content is good, however it is hard to see the text on the videos as it’s so zoomed out.

The course also gives you no times to follow along, constantly having to keep pausing the video to copy their action making classes take double the time stated or longer.

It would be great if the videos were re-recorded at a lower resolution that prevents eye strain and also uses the current version of community studio as there are quite a few differences in the layout.

Here you can see how difficult it is to read compared to UiPath application.

Hi Team,

I’ve identified a couple of discrepancies between the actual properties of certain activities and the descriptions provided in the UiPath Academy. Please find the attached screenshots for reference:

  1. The “Delay Before” and “Delay After” properties are measured in seconds, whereas the Academy material states they are in milliseconds.

DelayBefore/DelayAfter properties are measured in seconds in UiStudio

  1. The “Timeout” property is also measured in seconds, but the Academy indicates it as milliseconds.

Could you please review these differences on your end and make the necessary updates?

Additionally, I’d like to suggest an enhancement for course accessibility. It would be beneficial to have reference links directly embedded within the course summaries wherever a course is mentioned, instead of just listing the course name. This would ensure that the links and course names are always up-to-date whenever a course is revised in the Academy.

I hope these suggestions contribute positively to our learning community, and I appreciate your attention to these matters.

Best regards,
Manoj Vijayakumar

Muy bueno, bien explicado y con los ejercicios prácticos mas que claro

I found a mistake in one of the academy courses and it needs to be rectified. To be exact, the mistake is in the lesson (UI Explorer, Property Explorer, and Get Attribute Activity) as shown below.

I really liked this part of the course. I found it a bit challenging, but I managed to get through it. I would appreciate a bit more explanation. I am grateful for this learning experience."
