Robot unresponsive

I have issues connecting robot to Orchestrator instance.
SSL certificates are configured according to installation guide - there is a Certificate Authority on the server and I installed the certificate on local machine.
I am able to connect robot to Orchestrator and robot is marked as ‘Available’. Although there’s a warning saying it’s ‘Unresponsive’. I am able to upload a process and heartbeats are being sent.
What could be possible causes of “Unresponsive” state? How can I fix that?

Hi, Did you get a resolution for this.

Hello,
I bet your UiRobotSvc crashed. Search through taskbar for “Services” then navigate to “UiRobotSvc” and click Start or Restart.

Thanks.
