Robot Tray shows Update instead of Play even no new packages are present

How to obtain processes in the Robot Tray Process in Robot Tray, while there are no new packages present ?

Issue Description: In the Robot tray, the “Update” button is not visible and currently, only “Play” button is visible
 

Resolution: In rare circumstances there might be a communication glitch between the Robot service and Orchestrator. Due to this, the latest information might not be visible on the Tray. This can be resolved by clicking the “Refresh” button or by closing and opening the Robot Tray again.

Suitable bug fix is present in 2019.10.1 release of Robot. Here in rare circumstances, local processes are not displayed in the Robot Tray, unless the “Refresh” button is clicked. Read more here .
