Robot to do SVN activities

Just curious if anyone out there has created a robot to interact with SVN?
Not connecting Studio to SVN, but creating a robot to get latest version of a file within an SVN repository.
Basically, using a robot to do continuous integration for a software development team.
Searching for SVN in ‘Manage Packages’ brings up many options in nuget.org, but I’m not familiar with any of them. Any suggestions?
