Robot takes 2-3 min to execute any robot

Hello,

I have one issue i need your assistance: the robot starts process execution after 2-3 minutes and sometimes more from the moment I click on “debug” or “run.”

I don’t mean that the robot is slow by itself. The robot just takes a long time to start working.

We are using the same VMs in all specs; it runs normally on all machines, but mine takes forever.

things I have done

-reinstalled UIPath
-cleared all caches
-updated net framework

Do you maybe refer to the compilation step (Windows and Cross-Platform projects), or is the delay present even before that and even on Legacy projects?

It’s a legacy project.

like it happened after clicking “run” or "debug.
just stayed 3 min or more doing nothing until the process starts
