Robot Status is Disconnected in Orchestrator and unable to publish package

Hi ,

I have added new Robot but it showing as disconnected. And while trying to publish package getting error as “Robot does not exist”. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I think the user is incorrect.

Please type whoami from the command prompt in your machine and get the complete user info from there and add this user in the Robot Configuration in Orchestrator.

tried.but still it showing as Disconnected. Is there any other option should i check to connect?
