Robot running on virtual machine via Orchestrator and connecting to second machine through remote desktop connection

Hi there,

I’m trying to have a Robot, that is running through Orchestrator on a virtual machine, open a application on a second machine that the Robot connects to through remote desktop connection.

My problem now is that the application always opens on the virtual machine rather then the second machine. First of all, should this not be possible? And secondly, what could be the problem?

I’m using the start application container. I believe that this is a firewall issue. We have however decided to set the Robot up on another machine to bypass this problem. Thanks for the reply!
