Robot Process Is not showing

Help, on the other machines the processes are showing from my account.
But on this specific machine, log in via orchestrator, the processes are not showing, only the Autopilot is showing.

can you try by reinstalling the assistant. and do the login again.

Are both of you connected to the same Tenant? I see you have “DefaultTenant” selected. Make sure your colleague is also using this tenant else those processes won’t show.

Could you try reinstalling UiPath Assistant/Robot on that machine and reconnecting it to Orchestrator?

The UiPath 24.10 version is working perfectly fine, but we tried the updated version to 25.10 but it’s not working. But if I’m using the administrator account it’s working fine, but if I’m using the automation user, it’s not working
