Robot not showing as licensed

Good day,

Does someone know why my Unnattended Robot is not showing the green button near the username?
Username and password are correct…
I’ve tried to connect it again, provided the license via command line, checked firewall

But it says here that it’s licensed…

Can someone help me please?
