This is the first time I encounter this issue on SAP where selectors are usually straightforward
I have started working on a new SAP server, and sometimes the robot does not recognize the invidual field on SAP, see picture below. This does not happen for all fields… I happen to have the XML selector for a field, and if I type it manually to the selector it works
SAP scripting is enabled.
Try re login into the virtual machine with the working screen resolution. This kind of issue happen due to screen resolution changes.

i tried changing the scale and it worked, thank you for the recommendation to look at screen options
