Hey everyone
I have a question.
My robot works fine, but I have noticed that after a task that was marked as Failed, the next New task is not picked up. If another New task comes in it picks up the two tasks accordingly.
Why it is not recognizing that there is already a New task, and waits for another New task to come in to trigger it?
I have an automatic trigger that should be triggered as soon as there is a New task.
I don’t want to set up the robot to constantly check the queue, cause it will fill my logs with checks on the queue.
Any ideas, workarounds?
