Robot Launch stays in queued state

Hi Team,

we launching the robots from the control center and robots are not getting launched.

when i looked at the logs in control center i can see my app has been queued.

So i am not able to figure out this problem. Can you please help ?

We did start UI Path Service, Restarted website Control Center, Platform Services & Admin website from where you can see the robot status.

Please restart the “Runbook Service” service on the machine where the SMA Runbook Worker is installed.
