Robot itself change the format of cells in Excel

Hello, I have a problem that the robot itself changes the format of cells in Excel. I want cell M to be in the General format, and the robot changes it to a hashtag - #####, and cell N, to the format dd-mm-yyyy, and the robot changes it to some sequence of numbers. How can I fix this?
