Robot in Community Edition

Current behavior: Is Robot available as part of Community Edition?

I am inquiring as to weather Robot is available as part of Community Edition?
I have installed Community Edition and Activated the licence and found the UiRobot.exe in %localappdata%\UiPath.
I then added a package to the C:\ProgramData\UiPath\Packages folder and installed it using the Robot and when i try to run a process it comes up with a message “To execute processes, please activate a licence”.
