Robot handling loses mail headers and line breaks

Hi experts,

Our process faced a problem related to the mail handling and mail body and I thought to give you a go with it.

In the process robot acts based on mail trigger and if necessary sends mail forward to another party with original mail body to do some actions, then checks when this mail is responded and executes the job to finish.

When the originating task mail is sent by the handler for the robot the process works alright and mail body is fine.
But when there is owa forward rule in place (encodings and html format remains the same, mails are sent automatically for the robot) robot loses original mail header details and all line breaks after that when sending mail to another party to do their actions.

Ideas?
