I am getting an issue in an orchestrated environment on a VDI where the robot fails to Get Exchange Mail Messages but then it would still mark the message as read… Its trying to get an email that has attachments (usually 2± files, 150kb each).
It gives the error of: The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
This is an issue as it would read the email but then fail, so I would have to mark the email as unread again and run the process until it works.
It is random how many times it fails, I would guesstimate around 50%.
Has anyone experienced this or maybe have some insight on why this is happening?
