Don’t use Workbook activities within the excel activities. Keep the workbook activities outside excel activities or instead of workbook activities use Excel activities itself.

As mentioned in the previous question raised by you, please place the Workbook activities outside Use Excel File eice Workbook activities will throw an error if the excel is in open and Excel activities opens the excel in Background phase. So, please drag the Workbook activities outside Use Excel File and your flow is good to go.

FYI, another approach:
If there is some reason to use Workbook activities inside useExcelFile, the following may help you.
First, clear file path at Workbook path property.
Then input the following expression at Workbook property.
new UiPath.Excel.WorkbookApplication(Excel.FilePath)
Apply the above to all the workbook activities inside UseExcelFile.
