Robot disconnected when signed out

Hi everyone,

My robot is currently using unattended license.
I would like to know how the robot is still available when it is in signed out status.
Tried some solution from this forum but still not working.

My previous robot was Windows 8 and it is abled to sign-in and run the process automatically instead of being disconnected.
However, it just goes to disconnected after I replaced the robot with Windows 10.

Does anyone have idea to solve this case?

Can you share us the screenshot where you are still available when it is signed out?

KHK72 was my previous robot, is currently in signed out status. And it is still available from orchestrator.
KHK122 is the robot I’m currently using. It always have to keep in signed-in status, otherwise process will be failed and it will shown disconnected from orchestrator.

After taking deep look from the document, my robot was not installed as service mode.
I’m changed it to service mode and it fines now.
