Robot Connection Problems with Orchestrator

Hello everyones, i have problems to connect the UiRobot with Orchestrator… The robot connect with Orchestrator but show that the robot is Unavailable in the status… and if y run a process will say that a robot with some name doesn’t exist in Orchestrator; but the robot exist…

What is the messaged that is displayed if you hover over “Robot unavailable”?

I too faced similar kind of issue, I had the problem with the machine name (domain\username) provision part.

While doing provision it used to connect but when I tried to run process the bot was not available.

Resolution: go-to orchestrator and delete the existing bot and re-provison with proper names and try to connect again…
