The UiPath Robot cannot run jobs because it is not licensed. In UiPath Assistant, error " Cannot acquire licenses because the machine licensing is turned off."
The connection in UiPath Assistant appears as "Connected, unlicensed" (with an orange dot), if hovered over the orange dot and the specific message is "Cannot acquire licenses because the machine licensing is turned off.", proceed as follows:
- Enable the machine used to authenticate the Robot against Orchestrator, as described in the Managing Machines documentation.
Note: The advice applies to both Connection types available in the UiPath Assistant: Client ID and Machine Key (Machine Key is deprecated as connection type, we recommend switching to Client ID. More information on the Deprecation timeline page).
