Retrieving only 100 mail messages via Microsoft Exchange Integration

Hi,

I have set up the microsoft exchange integration in communications mining successfuly. But it is only retrieving 100 Mails from a mail folder which actually contains over 6000 mails. How can I disable this limit?

Use Outlook 365 activity only retrieving 100 emails

Hi, I’m using the “Use Outlook 365” activity to get access to a shared mailbox to save email attachments. I then have a For Each Email activity to loop through the emails. I have set the “Limit emails to first” option as “No Limit”, however for some reason it only processes the first 100 emails. This is running unattended and runs through the entire process as normal with no errors, just only processing the first 100 emails. Any idea why this may be occurring? I have thought about changing…

You need to add the logic if you getting 100 mail then make as readable and then read again till you get less then 100 Numbers in the next read.

you can try with two things ,

1. leave the top properties as blank or specify your limit in the top properties it will thrown exception and it will say how many number of limit will allowed to retrieve.

your solution is not applicable for communications mining. The connection is set up directly in communications mining in the cloud and not in studio.

Did you apply any filters in the mailbox integration: time, folder, participant, domain?

Did you maybe change buckets somewhere in the middle of synchronization?

Are there any rules or logic implemented on EWS side that would limit the amount to only 100?

Sorry if that’s dumb advice, but maybe also try deleting the integration and create it again (sometimes the old good turn off/on helps)?
