Retrieve Exception Reason of failed transactions using the Api

I have Orchestrator set up and have processed some transactions like this one:

The transaction failed due to a business exception. However, how can I access this exception?

According to the documentation, the queueitem object includes an internal object specifying the exception. However, all I get is the exceptionId.

How can I retrieve the exception object using this Id?

Are there other alternatives for this? Like populating the internal Output object of the item? How can I achieve this?

You need to expand its processing exception as explained on the post bellow.
