Rethrow Properties within activity card

How do I access the properties of the rethrow activity?
See the screenshot below of what I am getting instead of the usual properties.

Hi,

Rethrow activity doesn’t have property except Private. Usually, it’s unnecessary to set.

I was following some tutorials over here and their property was visible. So, I wondered what could be wrong with mine.

Hi.

In many activities for Windows project, some properties in Properties panel move to activity in Designer panel.
If it’s necessary to display them in Properties panel, we can use Windows-legacy project. (However windows-legacy will not be much recommended in the future)
