I sent the task 1 day ago and the results tab has not yet opened.

I also do not receive any e-mail from the platform and I have the same e-mail registered on all Uipath accesses.

I still don’t have a results tab appearing for my submission. Is this due to an issue with the upload? If so is there a way I can resubmit?

I received the information that was a problem on the Academy’s server, I contacted them and they reset my sending. So, I was able to submit again and proceed with the course with a positive assignment result.
