Result Tab not appearing after submitting the assignment for yearly report assignment 2

Hi UIPath Team,

I am facing issue here as in when I submitted my assignment for yearly report i.e assignment 2 for advance RPA course I am not getting the result Tab due to which I am stuck at this point it has been 4 days but the issue still persist, can someone help me out here please.
