Result Tab is showing empty in Client security hash upload assignment

Hello Team,

I’m Working on client security has assignment. I have uploaded my workflow but my result tab is not showing anything although in submission tab also its not asking for resubmission.

If anybody knows what this issue please let me know.
Its very important for me to complete this course and get certified.

I have attached screenshot of Result Tab as well as submission Tab with you please go through it.
