I am assigning a task to a specific user in Action Center, but the task link is also accessible by other users. How can I restrict access so that only the assigned user & Admin can view and act on it?
Hi, @Mayur_N You can fix this from Orchestrator permissions. Go to Folders → Roles/Permissions and make sure other users only have “View/Act on assigned tasks”, not “View all tasks”. That way only the assignee (and Admins) will see and act on the task.
