Use Case Description

Restaurant Reconciliation is a Use-Case in which the restaurant reconcile is done for the restaurant with online sale using 3rd parties such as Swiggy and Zomato. The use-case verifies if the payment is done and received correctly from the delivery partner correctly.

The reconciliation is a tedious job for a big restaurant with lots of sub-chain around the world.

The bot does the reconciliation at the start of the day and extracts detailed reports from all the delivery portals for all different region. After the extraction is done, the bot extracts the report from the SAP or restaurant billing tool.

After the whole process is done, the bot tallies all regions of sale with the amount extracted from the portal. In case of any mismatch, the bot then does a deep dive into the report and verifies all the records of sale with online portal to find the mismatch.
Once the mismatch is found or missing entry is noticed the bot reports the same to the team for further steps.
